1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused and unwashed

• Original packaging and tags must be intact

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Items not eligible for return:

• Discounted or sale items

• Customized products

• Used or damaged products

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be initiated.

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refund will be credited to original payment method.

4. Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, refund will be issued.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share product images for verification

After approval, replacement or refund will be arranged.
